LED anything has been the trend in 2010. First, it was LED headlights and projectors, then LED underglow kits, and now the latest LED craze is LED daytime running lamps or LED bumper lights. All the new vehicles seem to have them, like the Mercedes E500 shown above. LED bulbs have proven to last longer than your stand bulb and provide better light output.
The great thing about universal LED bumper lights is that you can pretty much install them anywhere on the bumper. It’s a great addition that can increase night time driving light output. You can even get creative with them and install them on the rear of your vehicle or truck. They also look great on sports bikes.
TurboMetal’s newest LED bumper light is for the 2008 to 2009 Scion xB. Installation is easy but you will have to play with fitment. Adjusting the position is they key so they do not stick out. Personally I feel it’s a great addition to make any xB look sharp. TurboMetal is working on getting a LED headlight for the xB as well.
