Tools required to adjust the Nissan 350z headlights.
12” Phillips screwdriver with a #2 tip.
Adjustment Guide
Step 1. Drive the vehicle to a flat surface about 8 inches from the wall.
Step 2. Place the screwdriver into the X marked in the picture.
Step 3. Turn the screwdriver to adjust the headlight beam. Turn the screwdriver clockwise to move the headlight beam up and counter clockwise to move the headlight beam down. After about five revolutions you will see some changes in the headlight beam.
Step 4. After adjusting the headlight beam you want to measure the wall. The headlight beam should focus about 26 inches from the ground. That’s it you’re finished.
This example will work for almost all types of after market headlights. Remember that if your vehicle is lowered, the measurement should be lowered according to the amount of the drop.
